How to choose good photo for drawing?

• The person should be easily recognizable in the photo.
• Eyes and facial features should be clearly visible.
• Choose a photo where you like the person’s facial expression.
• Photos can feature the person alone or in a group.
• For specific objects, attach a photo. For everything else, written instructions will be enough.
• You can send us one or multiple photos of the person for the drawing.

Before Dalmas starts creating your artwork, we require a 20% deposit as confirmation of your order. During the drawing process, Dalmas provides previews and offers free revisions to ensure you’re happy with the progress. Since all Dalmas’s work is done by hand, minor errors can happen, but rest assured, he will correct everything to perfection.

Once you’re completely satisfied with the finished artwork, the remaining 80% is paid into the company’s account.

Don’t worry – your artwork will be securely packaged to perfection, ensuring there’s no risk of damage during transport.

5. Delivery to Your Home
   Receive your custom artwork at your doorstep.

Yes, of course! You will receive a video preview of the current version, and you'll have the option to request free corrections—unless you request additional elements or details that were not mentioned in the original instructions.

How long does it take to create the first version?

• It depends on the complexity of the work. Typically, it takes 5–10 days to complete the first version.
• Revisions take 1–2 days, as they are usually minor.

What if I’m not satisfied with the result?

That’s highly unlikely, as Martin Dalmas’s work is exceptionally professional. If you’ve ordered a custom-made artwork, it’s likely because you already appreciate this kind of item. Here, Martin will surely not disappoint you.
