Because of the unique nature of our work, please carefully review our Refunds and Returns policy:
Custom Artwork Policy
- All artworks are handmade, personalized, and custom-designed based on your requests.
- As each piece is created exclusively for you, refunds and returns are not possible once payment has been made.
Deposit and Cancellation
- A 20% deposit is required to begin the creative process.
- If you decide not to proceed after paying the 20% deposit, you are not required to pay the remaining 80%.
- The 20% deposit is non-refundable and is retained as compensation for the artist’s time and effort spent on the initial sketch and concept development.
Final Payment and Approval
- The final 80% payment is due only after you approve the final version of the artwork.
- Once the final payment is made, it confirms your approval and satisfaction with the completed work, and the artwork is prepared for shipping.
- After the final payment, no cancellations, refunds, or modifications are possible.
Damaged Shipments
- If your artwork arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage.
- We will work with you to resolve the issue and find a suitable solution, such as a replacement or repair if possible.
Important Notes
- Cash on delivery is not available.
- Refunds are not granted based on subjective dissatisfaction if the artwork matches the approved final version.
- Minor shipping delays are not grounds for refunds or returns.
