Martin Dalmas was born in France in 4th March 1974, the son of a French father and a Croatian mother. As a child, Martin often travelled between France and Croatia, which allowed him to create a strong bond with both languages and cultures.
In 1992, he enrolled in the prestigious École Nationale Supérieure d’Arts à la Villa Arson art school in Nice, France, where he focused on studying art. During his studies, Martin developed his unique drawing style and his artworks were awarded multiple times.
After graduating, Martin dedicated himself to artistic creation and began exhibiting his works in numerous galleries in France and across Europe. In 2015, he decided to focus on creating caricatures and personalised portraits, which he sold through his website Martindalmas.art.
Over time, Martindalmas.art became one of the leading online stores for custom artworks in the world. Martin has always been passionate about art and proud of his French origins, which is reflected in all of his work.
